Taking into account all the requirements that the floor in a healthcare institution should meet, Orastie Hospital opted for Tarkett floors – homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl, iQ Eminent, Stella, Norma collections.

Tarkett flooring solutions have been designed taking into account the needs of the patients and the staff, the heavy traffic, as well as comfort and protection against infection necessary in healthcare institutions.

The Norma collection is an elastic homogenous vinyl floor covering available in rolls and with PUR Reinforced protection. Norma is a modern collection with 3D effects and accents in contrasting colours. Its non-directional patterns make it specifically suitable for demanding areas in healthcare facilities, nursing homes and educational institutions. The Norma collection is 100% phthalate free and it contributes to good indoor air quality thanks to low levels of VOC emissions, considerably below the European standard.

The Stella heterogeneous vinyl collection is an economical and affordable solution for commercial areas. Stella has been produced using the new technology with phthalate-free plasticizers. These plasticizers are safe for the manufacture of food containers, and are also approved for the manufacture of toys intended for children. 

As all Tarkett branded collections, the product has been additionally protected with “Extreme protection” lacquer, which prevents penetration of dirt into deeper layers of the flooring, making maintenance and cleaning of the floor easier. Thanks to this additional value, the flooring looks new for a longer period of time.  

iQ Eminent – Available in a palette of primary colours and neutral shades, as well as in a unique design with 3D effect. As a part of the iQ collection, this high-quality vinyl flooring provides excellent durability and resistance to wear, stains and abrasion in heavy-traffic areas. There is no need for waxing – just a simple dry polishing is enough for the flooring to regain its original appearance.

Aquarelle Wall is a collection of waterproof vinyl wall coverings intended for use in bathrooms and shower baths. It has also been used in Orastie Hospital. It is available in subtle patterns and modern design solutions. It is a part of all-inclusive wet-room concept including various types of flooring, borders and accessories. These wall coverings are treated by our Top Clean protection for easier cleaning.
